• Website orders require full payment via Bkash only
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on the website
• Orders will be confirmed and processed only after successful payment
• Unpaid orders will not be manufactured or shipped
• Any approved refunds will be processed via Bkash only

• Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed
• As we are a manufacturing-based brand, production starts after order confirmation
• Please review product details, sizing, and delivery information carefully before placing an order

Exchange is applicable only if the error is from our end, including:

• Wrong item delivered
• Wrong size or color delivered
• Product delivered in damaged condition

Conditions:

• Exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product
• Unboxing video is mandatory for exchange approval
• Items must be unused and in original condition

Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery under the following condition:

• The product must be checked in front of the delivery personnel
• If unsatisfactory, it must be returned before the delivery person leaves

• Refunds are not applicable for regular orders
• Refunds will only be considered if:

• An exchange is approved due to our mistake and
• The replacement item is unavailable

Approved refunds will be processed via Bkash only.

• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days after order confirmation
• Delivery time may vary due to production workload or unavoidable circumstances

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• COD is not available for website orders
• COD orders are accepted only through Instagram and Facebook
• COD orders are subject to manual confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse COD orders based on location or order history

• Customer information is collected only for order processing and delivery
• Personal data is not shared or sold to third parties
• All information is kept confidential and secure

• No customs or import duties apply to local orders
• International shipping is not available at this time
